1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Blutic, a subscription-based video chat platform operated by Blutic (Pty) Ltd ("Blutic", "we", "us" or "our"), registration number pending, South Africa. By registering for, accessing or using Blutic you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of South Africa to use Blutic. By purchasing prepaid credit you confirm that the payment method used is yours to use and that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Prepaid Credit & Payments
Blutic is a prepaid service. You buy credit in approved packages priced in South African Rand (ZAR), and each video call is charged at the published per-minute rate against that balance. Payments are processed by Netcash Pay Now, where an approved prepaid voucher method such as 1Voucher can be used. Voucher details are entered on Netcash's secure payment page and are never collected or stored by Blutic. No payment is taken and no credit is added until the payment is verified by Netcash. Voucher payment methods remain subject to written approval from Netcash for this business model.
4. Credit, Charges & Refunds
Prepaid credit is added to your wallet once Netcash confirms your payment, and is then used to pay for video calls at the published rate. Credit is not refundable in cash and cannot be transferred to another account. If a payment was taken but no credit was added, or you believe a charge is incorrect, contact info@blutic.co.za within 7 days with your payment reference and we will investigate against the Netcash transaction record. Blutic reserves the right to assess each request on its merits.
5. Content Creator Programme
Creators accepted into the Blutic Creator Programme agree to a revenue share of 60% to the creator and 40% to Blutic, calculated on net revenue after payment processing fees and applicable taxes. Payouts are processed monthly. Creators must provide valid South African banking details. Blutic reserves the right to withhold payment for content that violates these Terms or applicable law. Creators retain ownership of their original content but grant Blutic a non-exclusive licence to distribute it on the platform.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Blutic to transmit illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable content. You may not impersonate any person, distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform, or engage in any activity that disrupts service to other users. Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
7. Privacy
Blutic collects personal information (such as your email address) solely to provide the service and process payments. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Payments are processed by Netcash Pay Now, and the information needed to complete a payment is shared with Netcash solely for that purpose; voucher details are never received or stored by Blutic. 8. Intellectual Property
The Blutic brand, platform design, software and all proprietary content are the exclusive property of Blutic (Pty) Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Blutic is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Blutic makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uptime, video quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
11. Changes to Terms
Blutic reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email or in-app notification.
